Mobile App Developer Jobs in Lahore, Shipping Apps for International Clients
We build iOS, Android and cross-platform apps from Lahore for founders and product teams in the USA, UK, UAE, Europe and Australia. If you want work that reaches the App Store and Google Play rather than a demo folder, read on.
This page explains how we work, the roles we hire for, our hiring process and how to apply. We do not post roles we are not actively hiring for.
- Live apps for clients abroad
- Peer code review built into the workflow
- Two-week sprints, demo builds each sprint
- Clear written hiring process
Why work here
You work on products people use, for clients who care how they are built. That means everyday constraints: App Review rejections to fix, Play Console target API deadlines to meet, crash reports to triage, and clients who read your pull requests. It is a faster way to grow than building the same template app for the tenth time.
Most of our clients are abroad, so you learn to write clear async updates, estimate carefully and explain trade-offs to non-technical founders. Those skills compound over a career more than any single framework. You can see the kind of work we take on in our app development services and the delivery process every team follows.
How we work day to day
The same delivery rules apply to every project, so you are not reinventing process with each client.
Two-week sprints
Planning, a demo build on TestFlight and Play internal testing at the end, and a short retrospective. Clients see the same rhythm described on our engagement models page.
Code in the client’s repo
You commit to the client’s repository from day one. Small pull requests, with peer review as part of the normal workflow.
QA on real devices
Testers work on physical iPhones and Android phones, not only simulators, and bugs come back with steps to reproduce.
A project manager on every team
The PM handles client scheduling, scope questions and escalations, so developers can focus on the work.
Written communication
Daily async updates, decision records and documented handoffs, especially for clients in US time zones.
Overlap hours
Some roles include a shifted schedule to overlap with UK or US clients. Where a role needs one, the listing and the offer say so.
Roles we hire for
We list only roles that are open now. Each listing states the stack, seniority, working hours and whether the role includes US-overlap shifts.
- [[Open role 1: title, seniority, stack, hours]]
- [[Open role 2: title, seniority, stack, hours]]
- [[Open role 3: title, seniority, stack, hours]]
The disciplines we typically hire across are iOS (Swift, SwiftUI), Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), Flutter and React Native, backend (Node.js, Laravel, Firebase), mobile UI/UX design in Figma, and QA. Our client-facing role pages, such as Flutter developers and backend developers, show the skills matrix we screen against. If nothing matches today, send your CV anyway and tell us which discipline you want to grow in.

Candidates go through the same steps, and we aim to tell you where you stand after each one.
Send your CV and links

Short screening call
Thirty minutes on your experience, the role and working hours. We reply within one business day of receiving your application where we can.

A conversation about how you think: platform fundamentals, debugging a practical problem and a review of an existing pull request. No trick puzzles.
Practical task
A small, time-boxed task against a live or mock API. We review structure, error handling, tests and your written explanation, not only whether it runs.
Final conversation and offer
A conversation with the team lead about growth, expectations and the projects you would join, followed by a written offer.

- You write clear English in pull requests and short updates
- You test your own work before handing it to QA
- You ask questions early instead of guessing for three days

Questions about working with us
Do you hire fresh graduates?
Sometimes, when we have the senior capacity to mentor properly. Graduates with a shipped side project, an internship or a solid open-source contribution stand out. If there is no junior opening listed, send your CV anyway and we will keep it on file for the next intake.
Will I have to work night shifts for US clients?
Only if the role says so. Some projects need a shifted schedule for a few hours of overlap with US mornings, and that is stated in the listing and offer. Many roles work with UK, UAE or European clients during normal Lahore hours.
Can I work remotely from outside Lahore?
It depends on the role and the client. The remote and office policy will be listed under benefits and working conditions above once confirmed. Until then, ask during the screening call and we will give you a straight answer for the specific role rather than a general promise.
