Website terms of use
These website terms of use set the rules for using mobileappdevelopment.pk. They are written in plain English. They cover the website only; any project we do for you is governed by a separate signed contract, which takes priority over anything on this site.
Last updated: [[date]].
Who we are and accepting these terms
This website is operated by [[company legal name]], trading as MobileAppDevelopment.pk, of Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan, Lahore, Pakistan (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the site applies, so please check back occasionally.
Using the site
You may browse, read and share links to our pages for your own information and business purposes. You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system
- introduce viruses, malicious code or anything that could disrupt the site
- scrape, copy or reproduce substantial parts of the site by automated means without our written permission
- submit false information, spam or someone else’s personal data through our forms without their permission
We may suspend access to the site, or block a user, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will always be online or error-free.
Intellectual property in site content
The text, graphics, logos, page designs, calculator and other content on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the original page. You may not republish whole articles, use our branding, or present our content as your own without written permission.
Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site, such as Apple, Google, Flutter or React Native, belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not imply endorsement or partnership.
This is separate from the IP in apps we build for clients, which is assigned to the client under the project contract. See NDA and IP protection.
Estimates and quotes are not offers
Prices, ranges, timelines and examples on this website, including in our app development cost guide and blog articles, are general information. They are not an offer to supply services at that price. Industry figures we quote from third parties, such as Clutch or the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, are reproduced as published by those sources, and we cannot guarantee their accuracy.
A written quote we send after you contact us is an invitation to agree terms. It becomes binding only when both sides sign a contract or statement of work. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, or [[default validity period]] if none is stated.
Calculator results are indicative
Our app cost calculator gives a rough range based on the options you select and general assumptions about effort. It cannot see your specific requirements, integrations, design standards or edge cases. Treat the result as a starting point for budgeting, not as a quote. For a figure you can plan around, request a written quote.
Information on this site is not professional advice
Our articles and guides reflect our experience and are meant to help you make better decisions. They are not legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice. Topics such as contracts, data protection, app store rules and compliance can depend on your circumstances and change over time. Take professional advice before acting on them. Store policies in particular are set by Apple and Google and may change after we publish.
Links to other websites
We link to third-party sites, such as official documentation and data sources, because they are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site or its owner.
Some of our pages cite figures from external sources so you can check them yourself. Where a source updates or removes its data, our page may lag behind until our next review.
You may link to our pages, as long as you do so fairly and do not suggest a relationship or endorsement that does not exist.
Accuracy and changes to content
We try to keep the site accurate and current, and we date-stamp figures that change, such as app store fees or platform requirements. Even so, content can go out of date between reviews. We may change, update or remove any page without notice, and we have no obligation to keep any particular content online. If you spot an error, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it.
Information you send us
When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. Project ideas shared before an NDA is signed are treated with care, but if confidentiality matters, ask for an NDA first; we sign before discovery as standard.
Limits on our liability
We provide this website and its content “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties about its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. In practice, the site is a source of general information about how we work. Decisions about budgets, vendors and technology should be based on a written quote and contract, not on a web page alone. If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute about the website, are governed by the laws of [[Pakistan / to confirm]], and the courts of [[Lahore / to confirm]] will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also be able to bring proceedings in your home courts. Project contracts may name a different governing law, agreed with each client.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us about your use of the website.
