About MobileAppDevelopment.pk, an app development company in Lahore

MobileAppDevelopment.pk is an app development company in Lahore that builds iOS, Android and cross-platform apps for clients in the USA, UK, UAE, Europe and Australia. We sign the NDA before discovery and put every line of code in your repository from day one.

This page covers who runs the company, how it is set up to work with clients abroad, what we turn down, and how to check what we claim. If you are still deciding whether to outsource to Pakistan at all, it also tells you when we are not the right fit.

  • NDA signed before discovery
  • You own 100% of code, designs and store accounts
  • Working demo build every two weeks

Why we started MobileAppDevelopment.pk

Many founders who come to an offshore vendor have been burned before. The pattern is familiar: a low quote, a long silence, a demo that only runs on the developer’s laptop, and source code that sits in someone else’s account. When the relationship ends, the client discovers they do not own what they paid for.

We started the company to remove those failure points by default rather than by negotiation. Ownership, visibility and a predictable cadence are written into every project, not offered as upgrades.

The second reason is cost without the usual trade-off in quality. Pakistan has a deep pool of engineers who ship for international clients every day. What buyers lack is a quick way to tell the disciplined teams from the rest, so this page ends with the checks we would run on any vendor, including us.

How Junaid’s background shapes the way we build apps

Most of what is worth knowing about MobileAppDevelopment.pk follows from who runs it.

That background shapes how we build apps. A lot of agencies treat launch as the finish line. Junaid’s work has always been measured on what happens after launch: whether people find the product, whether they convert, and whether the data is clean enough to make the next decision. So we plan analytics events, store listings and onboarding with the same care as the feature list.

It also means you are dealing with a founder who has sat on the client side of the table, managing budgets and explaining results to business owners. We write estimates and status reports for people who have to defend them in a board meeting.

What we believe, and what it means in practice

Principles are cheap. Here is what each one changes on a project.

You own everything, from the first commit

Code lives in your GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket organisation. Figma files sit in your workspace. Apps are published under your Apple and Google developer accounts. If we part ways tomorrow, nothing needs to be handed over because nothing was ever ours. Details are on our NDA and IP protection page.

Show working software, not percentages

“70% done” means nothing. Every two-week sprint ends with a build you can install through TestFlight or Play Console internal testing, plus release notes listing what changed and what is still open.

Estimates that include the bad news

We tell you which features carry the risk: payments, real-time sync, offline mode, third-party integrations with poor documentation. If your budget does not fit your scope, you hear it before signing, with options to cut. Our app development cost guide explains the drivers.

Test on real devices, not just simulators

Simulators miss memory pressure, slow networks, notches and older Android skins. QA runs on physical phones, and crashes are tracked with Crashlytics or Sentry from the first internal build.

Pick the stack for the product, not for us

Sometimes native Swift and Kotlin is the right answer. Often Flutter or React Native is. We explain the trade-off in writing; see native vs cross-platform: which to choose.

Small scope beats big promises

A focused first release that real users touch in weeks teaches more than a long build behind closed doors. That is why we often recommend starting with MVP app development before committing to the full roadmap.

Send us a short brief. We reply with questions, a suggested scope and a fixed estimate or a clear range.

How we are different (and where we are not)

Plenty of competent teams in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad can write good Flutter or Kotlin. Raw coding skill is rarely what separates vendors. The differences show up in process and accountability.

  • Ownership by default. Many vendors keep code in their own repository until the final invoice clears. We do not.
  • Marketing literacy. Because of our founder’s background, store listings, analytics and attribution are planned alongside the build.
  • One accountable project manager. You get a dedicated project manager, not a rotating cast on a group chat.
  • Flexible engagement. Fixed price, dedicated team, time and material or staff augmentation, explained on our app development engagement models page.

Where we are not different: we are not the cheapest option in Pakistan, and we will not pretend to be.

How we are set up to work with clients abroad

Most of our clients never visit Lahore, so the company is organised around contracts, accounts and written records that work at a distance. Here is what that means for each thing an overseas buyer usually asks about.

What you need to know How it works with us
Contract and governing law Contract language, governing law and the dispute forum are agreed in the contract; your home jurisdiction is one option, so your own lawyer can review it.
Confidentiality NDA signed before discovery: yours, or our mutual NDA.
Ownership IP assignment clause in the contract; code in your repository, apps under your Apple and Google accounts, cloud resources in your billing account.
Personal data If we need access to EU or UK personal data, we act as your processor, and a data processing agreement can be agreed in the contract.
Paying us Payment route agreed in the contract, for example international bank wire or Payoneer. PayPal does not currently serve Pakistani businesses for receiving payments, and Wise cannot send to a business account in Pakistan. Currency and milestones are agreed in the contract.
Working language English for calls, tickets, documentation and code comments.
Hours and cadence Overlap by time zone is on our contact page; sprints, demos and sign-offs are on our mobile app development process page.

Payment routes are explained in more detail in our guide on how to pay software developers in Pakistan. For the wider offshore picture, read outsource app development to Pakistan.

The team behind the apps

[[team size, roles]]: list the delivery team by role (for example iOS, Android, Flutter and React Native developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, project managers, DevOps), with a short line on each lead’s experience. Add real photos only with consent. Open roles are listed on our careers page.

A typical project team includes a project manager, at least one developer per platform or a cross-platform lead, a designer for the UX phase and a QA engineer; the exact staffing is set in the proposal. If you would rather extend your own team, see how to hire mobile app developers from us on a monthly basis, with a two-week developer trial.

What we won’t take on

Turning work down early is cheaper for both sides than a project that fails in month three. We say no to these:

  • Code or accounts held by us. If a project needs the code to live in our repository or the app to sit under our developer account, it does not fit how we work. Your assets stay yours from the first commit.
  • A fixed price for an undefined product. Without a written feature list and acceptance criteria, a fixed number only moves the risk into change requests. We run a one-to-two-week discovery first, then fix the price.
  • On-site, synchronous-only teams. If you need developers in your office every day, or your team works only in live meetings during US hours with no written handoffs, a local agency or an in-house hire will serve you better. Our in-house vs outsourced app development article walks through that decision.
  • Status reports instead of builds. We do not run projects where progress is reported as a percentage. Every sprint ends with an installable build, and we will not drop that to save time.
  • A race to the lowest quote. If price is the only criterion, another vendor will win, and we would rather say so now.

How to verify what we say about MobileAppDevelopment.pk

Any vendor can write a confident About page. These checks take less than an hour, and you should run them on us and on anyone else you shortlist.

Registrations and listings

Ask for these and check each one against the public record:

  • Company registration number: [[confirm]]
  • PSEB registration number: [[confirm]]
  • P@SHA membership: [[confirm]]
  • Clutch profile, rating and review count: [[link]]
  • Apps shipped to the App Store and Google Play: [[number, with links where clients allow]]

Know what each one proves. PSEB registration is voluntary and PSEB is not a regulator, so it shows a company is set up as a software exporter (registered exporters pay 0.25% tax on export proceeds instead of 1%), not that its work is good. Reviews and live apps say more about quality.

Checks that need no paperwork

  • Ask for two client references and speak to them without us on the call.
  • Check the founder’s history on junaidtariq.com, LinkedIn and SEOnumber1.com.
  • In week one, confirm the repository, Figma workspace and developer accounts are in your name. If they are not, stop.

You can also browse our portfolio and client reviews pages as they fill in, and use our guide on how to choose an app development company for the commercial questions.
